How to upgrade a JMP version

A customer contacts us wanting to upgrade their JMP version

Personal and Student Subscriptions:

Direct user to jmp.com/myssubscription
log in with SAS Profile
Under the column "Version Originally Purchased" user can select the link to upgrade to latest version

Note: When their subscription expires, they will need to renew and create a My JMP profile (if they do not already have one)
