What to do if a customer wants to upgrade their version of JMP

Issue: For example, a customer contacts us wanting to upgrade from 17.0 to 17.2

Direct user to jmp.com/myssubscription -
log in with SAS Profile
Under the column "Version Originally Purchased" user can select the link to upgrade to latest version

Note: When their subscription expires, they will need to renew and create a My JMP profile (if they do not already have one)
