enhance JMP for Mac with PC like Toolbar Customization

JMP for PC allows users to create new toolbar buttons, but JMP for Mac does not. It would be great to enable the PC feature set for Mac in a way that one Mac user's custom toolbars can be ported to both PC and Mac users in his org.
