How do I create a column formula that automatically update based on specified date & time to new Work Week (WW)

 

For example:

The 2nd column will be WW40 when the date & time is between 2020/10/01 00:00:00 AM until 2020/10/3 12:59:59 PM

 

then WW41 when the date & time is between 2020/10/04 00:00:00 AM until 2020/10/10 12:59:59 PM

followed by 

WW42 when the date & time is between 2020/10/11 00:00:00 AM until 2020/10/17 12:59:59 PM and goes on and on.
