In Person and Online Hosting Responsibilities - Please take the surveys

Hello Steering Committee!

 

We have finalized the schedules for the In-Person and SimuLive presentations for Discovery Summit Americas. 

 

Please take each survey and select 2 paper sessions for each day/block that you are available to host.

• In Person survey Attending the conference in person in Indian Wells, CA and introducing the presenter(s)  
• Simu-Live survey Involves joining the virtual SimuLive sessions 15 minutes prior. Introducing the presenter(s) and to assist with engaging the audience. You will also be joined by a JMP host. The presenters will be available for Q&A after the presentation.  (we only have 6 presentation slots available for online, not all Steering Committee members will host an online session)

 

The survey will close on Thursday, August 17th. If you have any questions, please let us know. Have a great day and thank you for volunteering your time.

The surveys to let me know your hosting preferences will close this Thursday, August 17th at 5PM ET. If you have not already done so, please take the surveys by that date.
