What do to about phone call spoofingA person spoofing a call is typically just spoofing a number and has no idea WHO they’re supposed to be calling. If someone calls in the phone queue asking to speak with "someone" from the marketing (or any other) department and they do not have a direct end-user name:
- let them know we cannot give out company over the phone
- direct them to email info@jmp.com so their inquiry can be directed correctly
