At this time, only one Software Administrator is allowed per Contract. We can change the Software Administrator to a different person, but there can be only one.
Internal: While it is technically possible to add a second Software Administrator to a Contract record in Salesforce, a business decision was made to not allow multiple Software Administrators due to possible issues with taxing.
