Chart
Hello everyone,
I have a graph in which I compare the performance of different objects.
I would like to be able to add the average performance of all the objects on the graph.
Example below:

Two options would be possible:
1 - Add a vertical bar with abscissa the percentage of averages of all objects
2 - Add a horizontal bar with the length of the percentage of the averages of all the objects
Thank you for your answers !
Content OrganizationData Exploration and VisualizationRe: GraphiqueHi,
Here is one possible solution to your question.
- You need to specify your V11xxx categories as OVERLAY to produce the graph you shared
- Right-click on the plot area and ADD a new BAR plot
- On the left of the Graph Builder window, locate the new BAR options, click on the red downward triangle, and unselect the OVERLAY for that set of bars only
- Change the BAR STYLE to FLOAT
Feel free to share your data table or a mock example data table to enable the creation of a script I could build for you.
Best,
TS
Re: ChartThank you for your answer, despite the operations that you indicated I did not manage to obtain the good result.
I leave the database attached so that you can work on it.
The script is available in the database, just the average is missing as I described above.
Cordially.
Re: GraphiqueHi,
Sorry for misunderstanding the issue. My approach will not work with the COUNT x-axis (i.e., Total, %Total, %Grand Total).
You may need to generate an intermediate table using the SUMMARIZE function.
Best,
