How can I tell if a customer has created a My JMP profile?

In Salesforce, search for the customer

Go to their Contact record
Select the drop-down triangle on the right-hand side next to "Request Trial License"

If there is an option to "Log in to Experience as User", this contact has created a My JMP profile
- See Screenshot Log In as User.png for example
After selecting "Log in to Experience as User" you are taken to the My JMP portal and logged in as user
Select LOG OUT when you are done

NOTE:

Do not select this if you are on the phone with a customer as it could disconnect the call
This information is only on the Contact record - if there is no Contact record, the My JMP profile does not exist
