How to cancel a JMP Subscription - purchases made after 24MAY2023The following instructions are for canceling Corporate Subscriptions and Subscription purchases made after 24May2023.
The FAQ section on jmp.com/buy explains that JMP Subscriptions automatically renew if the credit card on file is valid and that you have not selected to cancel the subscription.
Should you wish to prevent the automatic renewal,
- Go to https://store.jmp.com/subscribepro/customer/subscriptions/
- Log in to your My JMP account.
- Click the Don't renew link beside the serial number which you would like to cancel.

I was reviewing with Duane on a customer-prompted case that came in recently and it seems that the way to ensure that the Subscription is effectively cancelled in such a way that it will be good through the end of the subscription term but won't auto-renew is to delete the stored payment information from the 'Stored Payment Methods' section of the JMP store website. Is that your understanding?
