How to cancel a JMP Subscription

The following instructions are for canceling Corporate Subscriptions and Subscription purchases made after 24May2023.

The FAQ section on jmp.com/buy explains that JMP Subscriptions automatically renew if the credit card on file is valid and that you have not selected to cancel the subscription.

Should you wish to prevent the automatic renewal,

Go to https://store.jmp.com/subscribepro/customer/subscriptions/
Log in to your My JMP account.
Click the Don't renew link beside the serial number which you would like to cancel.
