This June, JMP and Wiley presented a two-part webinar series, Conquering the "Do More with Less" Paradox with JMP. The series discussed ways to overcome the new reality everyone in today's workplace faced - become more efficient, improve processes, and drive growth for their organization... all without growing the budget. The series gave attendees real world tips, tricks and best practices to help them see data more clearly, easily interpret and share discoveries, and make insight-driven improvements that help them "do more with less."
The first talk, Decoding Python: Shorten the time from discovery to model deployment using JMP Pro, showed attendees how JMP Pro seamlessly integrates with Python, one of the most widely-used programming languages in data science and machine learning. During the webinar, Russ Wolfinger. JMP's Director of Scientific Discovery and Genomics, and Kemal Oflus, Principal Systems Engineer, showed attendees how to:
- integrate Python into data analysis workflows
- use JMP Pro to visualize, explore and clean complex data sets
- quickly screen, identify and prototype the best model that fits the data
- design and run model experiments for hyper parameter tuning
- deploy JMP Pro and Python workflows for real-world applications.

The second talk, Analyzing Curve Data with JMP, showed attendees how to analyzing curve data in JMP and how to use curves in Design of Experiments and modeling to better understand how input variables effect the shape of curves. It's a challenge many scientists and engineers face - data that are represented by a curve. The talk, led by Senior Systems Engineer Andrea Coombs, showed attendees how to analyze both curves described by a formula and curves that needed to be described with a flexible fit. It also showed viewers how to use curves in Design of Experiments and modeling to better understand how input variables effect the shape of curves.
