Is anyone familiar with stress-strength analysis? It seems to be a reliability technique used in structural engineering. It is offered in Weibull++.

It is not often, but a prospective customer from the aerospace/automotive industry asks us about stress-strength analysis. I think JMP does not have a built-in feature for stress-strength analysis.
If you want to calculate a stress-strength interference like the example on the page below, you can calculate using JSL.

To calculate an exact value for stress-strength interference, you need to evaluate an integral. It’s challenging to evaluate these integral using JMP, but you can accomplish this task through the below methods (it’s a rough estimation).
