通過/失敗公式如何運作？

我遇到一個問題，公式返回空值。
raw表就是原始數據，有一個規格表，用於根據規格表來判斷原始數據是否通過。 我寫了一個JSL，請幫我看看問題出在哪裡，謝謝。
