Issue:
An academic customer states they purchased a license/renewal/extension from On The Hub for a 60-day license. The invoice from OTH states this is an "Access Guarantee Retrieval."
See attached example of a On The Hub invoice with this information.
Resolution:
The Access Guarantee Retrieval from On The Hub is not for a 60-day JMP product license unfortunately. However, due to the circumstances, we will extend your access for the next 60-days. Your new expiration date is We apologize for any confusion.
If you need access to JMP after , please visit On The Hub and purchase the 12-month license.
