Hi @ryan_cooper Are the territories for Contacts accurate in Salesforce? When I copy or send emails to Sales Contact Owners, very often I am told that person is not in their territory. Is someone updating contacts when territories change? @Taylor_Ferguson and I talked about that when she was specifying the report and we were not clear the info in Salesforce is accurate enough.
@gail_massari, I think it depends, but you're right, it may not be accurate enough.
In response to your requests for reports about Customer and account involvement in the JMP User Community, we have created two types of reports for you.
1. Taylor @Taylor_Ferguson created a Salesforce Community User report (Report: Community Users with Contact - Community User Detailed Report). Ti is based on one shared with us by @B_ROST and @Peter_Polito. The new report gives:
- Community User Name
- Contact: Last Name
- Contact: First Name
- Contact: Email
- Contact: Account Name
- Last Visited On
- Registration Time
- Rank
- Contact: Last Action
- # of Logins
- # of Page Views
- # of Posts Authored
- Total Minutes Online
- Contact: Champion
Sales staff can copy it and filter it by account or any other value they want. We suggest people may want to make their own copy so they can just edit for account as needed.

2 . Taylor also created a JMP Live report, using JMP Community Analysis, which includes some other information you requested. She will update it regularly and post it to JMP Live. Sales staff can search for content of questions (e.g., info related to interest in or use of JMP Pro, or JMP Clinical). It includes, for each customer who posted a question:
- Email
- First Name
- Last Name
- Community Login Name
- Question (text of question)
- Posted Data
- Account Name
