Welcome Ashleen DiCroce (Alberti) to JMP! Prior to JMP, Ashleen worked as an Account Manager at a Raleigh-based software company that offers Maintenance & Asset Management Software. She is originally from upstate New York and moved to Raleigh, NC in 2021 – another northern transplant!
Ashleen majored in Hospitality Management in college and worked in luxury hotels in Boston/NYC before coming to NC and changing career paths. She loves to travel; she and her husband did a 50-day Europe trip and hopped around 12 countries with two small suitcases in 2018! She also loves playing golf, cooking/eating good food, reading books (mystery/thriller are her favorites), and going to Pure Barre. She recently got married in May!

Do you have any pets? No pets yet, but we want to get a puppy when we settle in a house.
Are you reading anything right now? The Push by Ashley Audrain
Do you prefer the beach or the mountains? I am from the mountains, but would typically choose the beach.
How do you like to start your day? Nespresso coffee and a nice morning walk.
What is your favorite thing to do/place to eat in the area? Try new restaurants and explore different areas of Raleigh - so far, my favorite restaurants are Brewery Bhavana and O-Ku!
What’s one TV show you never get tired of watching? The Office
What’s your ideal way to spend a weekend? Spend some time with family/friends, and then cook a nice dinner at home with my husband and a glass of red wine :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:.
Fun fact about you? I went skydiving while studying abroad in Australia.
Why are you excited about joining JMP? Not only does JMP have incredible solutions and products, but it is clear that the people and culture here at JMP are just as incredible. I am thrilled to be a part of this team and can’t wait to see firsthand all the benefits and value that JMP brings our customers.
