In the summary table in the capability platform, ST Micro would like to have estimation of the different statistics if they work in 3sigmas or 6 sigmas or 9 sigmas
I find this somewhat unusual. Do you know the reason why they want this? We need more detail on the requirements, and it would be helpful if you could use the template for the wish list.
But I think they can do this now by using a different criteria for Capability, for example in the Process Capability platform use a Ppk criteria of 3 for a "9 sigma" criteria.
