LinkedIn profile.
Morgan Gribbins is a software developer with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from UNC Chapel Hill. During her undergraduate degree, she took a particular interest in bioinformatics and machine learning, which led her to pursue a career at JMP.
Prior to coming to JMP, Morgan was self-employed and working on passion projects. Among those projects were game development and developing statistical tools for use in machine learning. She has also worked as a software engineer developing an information management utility for a local garden.
Morgan lives in Durham, NC with her girlfriend and their three cats (The Wizard, Mazzy, and Jupiter - see photos below!). She spends her free time watching horror movies, playing games with friends, reading, and cooking. She writes essays about horror movies and is currently working on a long-form piece about haunted houses. When possible, she also volunteers at her synagogue to cook chicken soup for her community.
