Re: Automatic report generation similar to R-MarkdownWe do have Script Boxes in Journals that do allow running of code, showing output and showing the log. And with something like dt<< JournalI() we can save table to a Journal. This can be exported to PDF or Word but the formatting is a little off and using knitting into PDF or Word from something like RStudio or saving as a Jupyter Notebook gives more formatting choices as well. Doing something like this will keep things a bit more tidy and formatted in a more consumable and readable format.
Re: Automatic report generation similar to R-MarkdownCSL Behring also asked for RMarkDown or similar function in Python to generate PDF reports

Automatic report generation similar to R-MarkdownThe request is to have an report generator that allows for export to Word and/or Pdf for sharing. The hope was to allow for easy use of free form text fields that could be adjusted (potentially automatically) depending on the analysis results. The end goal being able to set up a standardized report for sharing with their customers. They would like to have several report format template options that can be stored and shared.
This came from Merck as their main objection to moving a group of users to JMP Pro. They said their was still a lot of manual work to generate a standardized report to share with customers after doing the analysis in JMP. Merck is using R-Markdown for this currently as they feel it is easier to store and execute code then create a sharable output.
