When a user attempts to download JMP software from a SAS site using their SAS Profile, they could encounter the following message due to SAS' restricted party screening process.

In order to gain access to the software, the block will need to be cleared by SAS. Instruct the user to send the requested information to blocked-downl-help@sas.com. It is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the blocked-downl-help@sas.com if they wish to be unblocked - JMP staff cannot do this for the customer. See SAS Note 59688 for more information.
As of Jun2023, the JMP trial and SAS Download Manager require the SAS Profile and restrictive party screening. Software downloaded using a My JMP ID uses Descartes for restrictive party screening, which is not related to the above message.
