Issue:
A Corporate Subscription customer contacts TS or JET and is having problems logging in.
NOTE: this is only for Corporate Subscriptions orders. On May 25, 2023 company admins were emailed to notify them of the change along with a link to create a My JMP ID. The biggest challenge a customer might experience is that they are flagged when we execute restricted party screening.
Resolution:
The following information can be relayed to the customer.
We have recently moved away from the SAS Profile and now authenticate via My JMP profiles.
Register for a My JMP profile with the same email address you used for your SAS Profile. You will be sent a verification code to the registered email address. Please check your junk or spam folders for the verification code if you have not received it shortly after registering as we have had some customer report this is where their verification code has been sent. This is our new passwordless authentication method and a new verification code will be sent to your email address each time you log into your My JMP profile. For all upcoming visits to the JMP Store, you only need to provide your email address and click "Log In."
More information can be found on the JMP Community at My JMP Login FAQ.
Additional Notes for internal use:
- the emails with the verification codes are coming from no-reply@jmp.com
- customers should check junk and spam folders
- when customers are creating new My JMP profiles, they could be flagged during the Restricted Party Screening
