How do I cancel my 30-day JMP Trial?
Can I have an extension for my trial?

Answer

If the customer has not already downloaded/installed their trial, then it it can be used at a later time. The 30-day begins after the JMP trial has been authenticated and not when it is requested. This is for all JMP product trials.
No extensions are available for JMP trials

Note: If user intends to purchase full version of JMP product, it is recommended that any trial be uninstalled prior to installing the full-term product.
