How do I cancel my 30-day JMP Trial?
Answer
If the customer has not already activated the software using the trial serial number, then it it can be activated and used at a later time.
However, if the customer has already activated their 30-day trial, there is not a way to cancel. The license will expire 30-days after they first activated.
