What prompted this wishlist request?
By making it possible to directly acquire event frames, which are meaningful data, it becomes easier to create datasets using feature values created with domain knowledge specific to the manufacturing process, and JMP's analysis function enables faster processing. It is possible to realize the creation of a predictive model, etc.
What would you like to see improved?
Currently, only raw data and data at specified intervals can be acquired by connecting JMP to the PI server, but I would like to see a function for acquiring event frames.
Why is this idea important?
PISystem can extract data with EXCELAdin, so it is possible to extract data with EXCEL and then analyze it with JMP. If you can connect to the PI server from and get the event frames directly, you can live the analysis work only within JMP.
