The online control chart is a tool used by the factory to detect whether the product specification is within the acceptable range. When the product specification exceeds the standard control line, the factory needs to immediately detect the process status on the production line and take emergency measures to scrap the product amount to a minimum. The case background of this speech is that a customer in mainland China found that the detection value exceeded the control line standard within two weeks on the online control chart of the CIS product, which caused the equipment to stop production and perform related cleaning actions. However, each cleaning process will result in high costs for the factory. How to reduce the frequency of such problems is the part of this speech.
