JMP internships allow students the ability to explore a possible future career, network with professionals in the field, and gain valuable experience they wouldn't get in the classroom. Interns are a valuable resource to JMP as well, helping us invest in our future success by discovering new talent and potential leaders.
The 'Meet the Interns' series display features these bright individuals – their work, their hobbies, and more! If you are an intern that would like to be featured, fill out this form.
Meet the Interns: Abrah Furbee
Manager: Landra Cunningham
Abrah Furbee is a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This summer, she is working as a Technical Communications Intern in the Corporate Communications group.
Communications projects for the summer span a broad range of areas, but the common theme is visibility. “Abrah will be integral to our efforts to increase the visibility of technical content from our Discovery Summit presentations,” Communications Manager Landra Cunningham said.
“She’ll also help our Tech Support team increase visibility to important technical help topics. Additionally, she will create a story of our JMP intern experience for visibility to their learning adventures. With interests in statistics and communication, I look forward to the perspective she’ll bring to the team.”
Let’s learn a little more about Abrah.
