RENEWAL - Student Subscriptions from On The Hub

Renewals from On The Hub can be confusing as there is no concept of a "renewal" subscription for JMP from On The Hub.

If a student/faculty member contacts TS about having issues with renewing their student version, we can extend the expiration date a year from the current date by doing the following, after a proof of purchase is received.

• Go to https://d2lddbl3suwy57.cloudfront.net/renewal.html to renew current serial
• Enter their expired serial number
• Set expiration date a year from current date
• Verify expiration date is set correctly via https://d2lddbl3suwy57.cloudfront.net/support.html

• You can verify with academic customer that they can now access JMP.
