How to obtain the JMP Student Subscription

• Students can go to www.OnTheHub.com/jmp to purchase a license. OnTheHub provides an authorization code, and students are then directed to www.jmp.com/ssdownload.
• Students with an authorization code from a textbook simply go to www.jmp.com/ssdownload.

Overview of how to activate the JMP Student Subscription

1. Go to www.jmp.com/ssdownload.
2. Enter the correct code in the Authorization Code field. Then select Mac or Windows, and click Download.
3. Log in to the SAS Profile (or create one first, if needed),
4. Accept the terms, and click Continue.
5. On the Order Confirmation page, click Continue.
6. In the email with the subject line "Your JMP order has been fulfilled," click the download link.
7. Install the application by double-clicking the JMP icon.
8. When you launch JMP for the first time, activate it by using the serial number that is provided in the email.

If a customer does not receive the "Your JMP order has been fulfilled" email, do the following:

• Direct the customer to www.jmp.com/mysubscription. They will be prompted to log in to their SAS Profile and then can access a page where they can retrieve the download and their serial number.
