For the customer:
Upon successful renewal, your serial number should be updated with the new expiration date within an hour.
NOTE (for internal information):
Once a personal subscription is renewed successfully, the customer's serial number usually gets updated within seconds.
On the rare case that there is an error with our internal systems, there is a team at SAS that handles those errors and reprocesses them correctly. We don’t have many issues like that, but the team is really good at getting those errors resolved within a business day.
