- Week of 09th of October: Call to finalize Paper and poster acceptance. I will send the meeting request soon.
- 05 – 08 March: In-Person Event in Manchester, United Kingdom. More information about hotel will be sent shortly.
For new steering committee members, you have received an email from OpenWater, our platform for reading and rating abstracts. This email will let you know how to login. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received this email. You can also log in using this link. https://jmp.secure-platform.com/a/

Note: there will be just a week between call for content closing and the paper/poster acceptance meeting. Please do not wait to rate the abstracts, as most of the submissions come very close to the deadline.
We have three presentation types. When rating submissions, there is a comment section where you can add additional feedback or notes. In that space, please indicate what presentation type your recommending.
- In-Person: These papers will be delivered at the in-person special segment of Discovery Summit. The top papers will be asked to present Simulive as well for the online segment.
- Poster: Posters will be delivered during the online segment only. If you see a paper that you would recommend as a poster instead then add that to the comment section.
- On-Demand: The recorded presentation will only be available online in the JMP User Community. They will not deliver a ‘live’ presentation.
