Ask the customer to check to see if they have a pop-up blocker enabled in their browser - such as AdBlock.
Check for customer information in Magento admin to see if any customer or order information exists for them.
Collect additional details from the user, such as which type of subscription they are wanting to purchase, what part of the process is failing, and browser name, version, and OS.
