- Getting Started with JMP On Demand: This on-demand mini-course is designed to help you quickly get comfortable with the basics of JMP. You’ll complete its short demo videos and activities, build your confidence in using the software, and connect with the largest online community of JMP users in the world.
- Getting Started with JMP Live Webinar: These interactive webinars introduce you to JMP and offer you the chance to have your questions answered during each Friday session.
- Design of Experiments Intro Kit: The JMP DOE Intro Kit is designed to help you quickly get comfortable with DOE, specifically JMP Custom Design. You’ll watch short, informative videos and complete activities all while tracking your progress and applying your knowledge in JMP along the way.

- Formal classes: Full in-depth courses on a variety of topics, offered in a synchronous format online with a live instructor. Ask your questions, get help, and learn a lot.

- JMP User Community: The JMP User Community is the online home for JMP users around the world. With more than 40,000 members and support for conversation in any of our 8 languages JMP users can find answers to questions and share their knowledge with users no matter where they are.
- JMP Technical Support: Provides support for the current version and fixes where they are already available. This support includes investigating all reported problems and providing circumventions, where it is possible, instructions for applying maintenance releases, as well as answering questions about upgrades.
- JMP Newswire: JMP Newswire brings JMP news right to you. Subscribe to this monthly newsletter, to stay up to date on new software releases, events, training and tips to help you with your use of the software.

Hands-On Workshops Presented by JMP Education
- Jump-Start With JMP: Designed for beginning users of JMP or for anyone who would like a refresher on the software. You’ll gain an interactive introduction to JMP through Data Exploration, Tips and Tricks, and an Introduction to Design of Experiments.
- JMP Accelerate: Designed for more advanced users who have used JMP for at least one year. Experienced users will gain a deeper understanding on how to Organize and Structure your Data for Analysis, use Formula Editor, and how to Explore Outliers and Missing Values.
- Jump into Quality: Designed for intermediate to advanced users with at least one year of JMP experience, and who would like to dive deeper into quality. You will learn Statistical Process Control, Process Screening, and Measurement Analysis.

- JMP User Groups: Whether internal, regional, country-based, or global, JMP Users Groups act as a multiplier as users share their own successes and explain in their words how to use JMP effectively and efficiently. They can organize meetings and events with minimal support and do most of the planning on their own.
- Support for Users Group: Assist users by offering initial support for internal or external users groups which may include sharing best practices, assistance with building agendas, locating users in a specific area, finding meeting locations, and scheduling JMP presenters.
