Remove duplicate values

Hello everyone,

 

In my database I have a column in which cells have duplicate values.

Ex:

 

 

How can I do with a formula or other to remove duplicate values in the same cell?

In the example above the goal would be to have the value "648" everywhere and not "648-648-648"

If your data is always like that, you can use Word()

 

Word(1, :Column 1, "-")

:Column 1 is your column with your values.

 

You can also use Recode:

Thank you for your answer, but the problem is that I don't always have the value "648" it can be for example "1411".

And the second problem is that several values can be duplicated in the cell such as "1411-1411-648-648-1411" which for my purpose should become "1411-648".

Does the order matter? Does it matter if the result is 1411-648 or 648-1411 as long as the order is always the same?

Using Associative Array, Words and Concat Items should be enough

Concat Items(Associative Array(Words(:Column 1, "-")) << get keys, "-")

Preferably it would be better to keep a particular order, for example smallest or largest (ascending order) but otherwise the order doesn't really matter whether it's "1411-648" or "648-1411" .
