L'area Discussioni avrà il nuovo stile applicato oggi (01MAY23) o più tardi questa settimana. Un articolo del blog in Community News discuterà alcuni dei cambiamenti. Ecco uno screenshot che mostra la pagina di destinazione ridisegnata.

 

 

Inoltre, abbiamo incluso le funzionalità analitiche di JMP nell'elenco delle etichette che possono essere selezionate all'inizio di un argomento. Le etichette precedenti esistono ancora per compatibilità. Alla fine passeremo solo alle funzionalità di analisi.

Non ho nemmeno notato la mancanza della bolla arancione (all'inizio) poiché inizio sempre dalla pagina "Benvenuto nella community" e torno a quella perché mi piace vedere tutte le aree di discussione, ma sicuramente dovrebbe essere lì perché non lo farò Molto probabilmente mi cliccherò sulla testa per vedere se mi capita di avere delle notifiche. In precedenza li ho appena visti con una rapida occhiata sopra la bolla del profilo

Sono sempre affascinato dalle conversazioni dell'interfaccia utente. Tendo ad apprezzare il carattere più grande e la spaziatura maggiore perché trovo più facile leggere e consumare le informazioni. Perché preferisci il carattere più piccolo e meno spazi bianchi? Stesso motivo per cui mi piace l'altro? Solo curioso. Grazie.

Nel mio caso è perché cerco i messaggi che richiedono attenzione, non guardando il messaggio più recente. Il ridimensionamento non funziona per me; il rapporto dati/spazio non cambia e i caratteri diventano troppo piccoli e c'è un enorme spazio bianco su ogni lato con una scala del 67%. Il vecchio qui ha bisogno di caratteri grandi e massimo contrasto. Questo carattere grigio che sto digitando sta svanendo.

Chi l'ha aggiornato per ultimo. Quanti hanno risposto. Qual è l'argomento. C'è un punto debole lì dentro che mi dice se potrei essere in grado di contribuire senza leggerlo effettivamente.

Nessuno ha ancora risposto e la domanda è vecchia e il titolo mal pensato? probabilmente no

Qualcuno che conosco che partecipa a buone domande? sarà più divertente...

 

Quindi sto cercando

• domande senza risposta con titoli che mi piacciono
• domande con risposte da rispettati membri della comunità
• domande controverse (molte risposte)

Penso che un piccolo miglioramento al vecchio modo di mostrare il risponditore più recente sia quello di non mostrare il richiedente come risponditore recente. Questo mi dà una migliore possibilità di notare il rispettato membro della comunità.

 

Rispettata significa non mancare di rispetto a nessuno...

Completamente approvato e d'accordo con le risposte da @Craige_Hales (e scusa per il ritardo e per non aver visto prima questa saggia risposta).

Non sono un fan del nuovo design, tutto è più grande, ma purtroppo sembra anche più "vuoto", pieno di più spazi vuoti.

 

Sulla Home Page della Community, sarebbe bello avere "statistiche di riepilogo" su ogni post come ha detto Craige, per sapere:

• quante persone hanno partecipato,
• chi sono i partecipanti alla conversazione
• il livello della persona che pone la domanda (per sapere in anticipo quale livello di dettagli/spiegazioni dovrebbe essere fornito e dare il benvenuto ai nuovi membri!), ...

 

Per mostrare un esempio, un altro forum (sul software open source di analisi dei dati) che sto frequentando ha un'interfaccia utente piuttosto carina:

• Hai tutte le diverse categorie elencate sulla sinistra: JMP potrebbe utilizzare i "segnalibri" o le categorie come "DoE", "Machine Learning" ecc... che le persone possono selezionare quando creano il loro post, per filtrare in modo efficiente i post che vogliamo vedere e rispondere nel forum.
• Hai un'indicazione di dove avevi interrotto la volta precedente: funzionalità straordinaria per essere onesti, aiuta molto a individuare i post appena creati e i post più vecchi con nuove risposte sono scritti in grassetto.
• Hai i piccoli "badge" delle persone che partecipano alla discussione, forse qualcosa di simile potrebbe essere fatto qui (con il livello aggiunto nel badge e la possibilità di passare il mouse su ogni badge per avere il riepilogo del profilo come abbiamo già fatto?) ,
• Sai quante risposte sono state fatte in ogni post, il numero di visualizzazioni (per individuare post "popolari" o molto dibattuti) e quando è stata l'ultima attività.

Chiaramente, ci sono molte buone idee su altri forum, su StatsExchange hanno idee su come evidenziare le risposte con i Mi piace più alti o le "risposte approvate" ingrandendo queste risposte (o le altre più piccole):

 

Sono abbastanza sicuro che ci siano molte altre buone idee su altri forum che potrebbero essere implementate/aggiunte per migliorare la comunità degli utenti di JMP

Anche il pulsante Kudo mi crea un po' di confusione. In quale Kudos è già stato dato da me? Il secondo.

Sulla base della colorazione su Accetta come soluzione e Rispondi, immagino di poter ancora Kudo secondo? Poiché è anche verde, il che indica qualcosa che posso fare, ma in realtà è per rimuovere il mio Kudo? Forse i pollici in su potrebbero essere riempiti se i complimenti sono stati dati?

Grazie per tutti i feedback all'interno di questo argomento. Oggi (15 GIU23) abbiamo introdotto alcune modifiche che risolvono alcune delle preoccupazioni menzionate:

 

• IL pagina "chi ha ringraziato". ha migliorato lo stile
• Viene ora visualizzato il pulsante della barra degli strumenti Inserisci codice nell'editor
• Chi ha risposto per ultimo ora viene mostrato quando si visualizza l'elenco degli argomenti di discussione
• Ridotto lo spazio bianco per gli elenchi (so che probabilmente vorresti vedere una maggiore riduzione. )
• La firma dell'utente ha uno stile diverso rispetto al contenuto
• Il badge di notifica viene ora visualizzato con il nuovo stile

Cercheremo di affrontare alcuni degli altri nei futuri aggiornamenti.
