I am wondering if my company is the only one with this issue: do any of your emails from JMP frequently go to our Quarantine folder? As an example my colleague is dealing with this when trying to download the newest EA, and every verification email goes to Microsoft's quarantine (not junk folder, it gets stopped before it gets to our inbox).
btw....it appears to be a verification code EVERY time you log in to myjmp. Which you then have to go get out of quarantine
Microsoft suggests that JMP follow these steps but so far JMP hasn't done so, maybe because nobody else deals with this?
