Design an experiment planGood morning,
I am working on a project that aims to determine the nature of certain bacteria by isolating different foods.
I wanted to create an experiment plan to know the number of times of isolation that I will have to do to isolate the bacterium.
The variables I have are the nature of the bacteria and the nature of the food (qualitative variables).
I wonder if I should look in the literature for the number of isolation previously done to be able to isolate and generate a variation interval.
In this case should I make the optimal plan or is there another plan? Knowing that the variable 1 to 3 modality and the variable to 3 or more
I thank you in advance for your help.DOERe: Concevoir un plan d'expérienceI'm replying to the English computer translation of your original post. It's difficult to fully understand both the practical problem at hand as well as some of the terminology used so the only thing I'll comment on is your idea of a literature search in the domain of study. One of my first DOE instructors had a saying, "The most efficient experiment you can run is one that's already been done by someone else."
