SVM feature no work !?

Hello,

I download SVM add-in and open it in JMP to install it.  It will then be available from the add-ins menu. After, I tried to use SVM on my data by choosing X-Axis, Y-Axis and Factor from my data. However, I got always unknown error and I don’t know where is the problem!. Anyone can help me please. I can share my JMP file.
