I think this is not intended behavior. I have reported this. Thanks for your report.
Meanwhile, you can change conditional formatting rule with JSL.
Preferences(
Conditional Formatting Rules(
RuleSet(
RuleName( "Capability Index" ),

Value( 1 ),
Inclusive( 0 ),
Format( Back Color( "Red" ), TextAlpha( 1 ) )
),

MinValue( 1 ),
MaxValue( 1.33 ),
InclusiveStart( 1 ),
InclusiveEnd( 1 ),
EndBackColor( "Yellow" ),
Format( Back Color( "Yellow" ) )
),
GreaterThan(

Inclusive( 0 ),
Format( Back Color( "Green" ), TextAlpha( 1 ) )

)
)
);Hi,
I updated the Cpk color codes at conditional formatting in Preferences > Reports > Conditional format rule > Capability Index. After the change is made, I clicked Apply and Okay to close the window. However, the color codes will return to default after I restart JMP 17. I had to update the conditional formatting again. How do I save this for good in JMP 17? I don't have this issue in JMP 16.
