WANG Zhaobin (@Zhaobin) discusses a recent sale of 30 new JMP licenses to the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), a research institute under Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). In a strategic move, the team saw an opportunity to imbed JMP as the region's industry benchmark by demonstrating the software's power and potential to thought leaders at the region's preeminent semiconductor institution.
"With this win, it helped me to build more confidence for the next step where we can have a deeper penetration into IME, to have more scientists to be future drivers and mentors," Zhaobin says. "One day if they join the industry, they can help to redefine their best practice and set a new standard."
