Should we consider having some sort of post template (like Wish List) has? Some short questions which could be answered (or not) and some "best-practices" for a good post. I'm not exactly sure what type of supporting questions and best practices there could be, but maybe some short template with the ideas of Getting correct answers to correct questions quickly .
What I would like to know (usually) are:
- Which JMP version and operating system are being used
- Is scripting solution OK or should it be interactive solution
- Has anything been tried yet
And what I would like the user to include in the post:
- If there is data add that. If starting point is JMP table add that table (no images or excel files)
- If you have images of your data, you also have data (remember to anonymize the data if necessary ALSO remember source scripts)
- If the wanted solution is know, the data should also include that if possible
- If they have tried something, what?
Questions related to DOE would have a bit different supporting questions?
