TEST Cancelations Policy1.0 Executive Summary
This document describes the guidelines for addressing a customer's request to cancel
their license when they have already paid the invoice in full.
2.0 Scope
This policy is maintained and administered by JMP Finance and applies to all requests
for cancelling a contract.

4.0 Definitions
4.1 Cancellation: Customer no longer wishes to continue licensing JMP Software.
5.0 Policy
JMP will honor customer requests for cancellation by not sending an automatic renewal
notice from Salesforce for the next period. Any amounts paid for license and services
provided will not be refunded. Customer may continue to use license through the end of
the paid license period.
