ORION Release 3.46

ORION Release 3.46 will go live this weekend. The production application will be taken down for an outage on Friday, August 10th, beginning at 8 PM ET in order to prepare for this release. Revegy will also be down during this time. The ESR database will remain up.

Accounts

Account OATS List page: Added ‘Owner’ column and applied default ordering based on Date descending on the Account OATS List page.
The Create Account process has been enhanced using the new technology. Users might see (beta) identified in the drop-down menu based on where they navigated from. The goal is to convert to this new wizard with release 3.47 in September, pending feedback.
Account Validation Success Message: Updated to a template style format to ensure contact routing information is in sync with component assignee based on the Request Origination.

Deal Sheet and Invoicing Breakout

For EMEA and AP we have added the Sr. Region VP approver Role for FYF discounting up to 70%.

Opportunities

Social Selling Requirement at Stage 1 has been changed for Software opportunities. To meet this requirement, you will need to select the appropriate social selling option - ‘LinkedIn or Sales Navigator contributed to deal development through’. This is a multiselect field with the following values:

Research, listen for insight, build relationships, and/or engaging through posts or direct messages.
Used a different social channel (Twitter, Xing, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
I did not use LinkedIn or Sales Navigator before or during to influence this opportunity.

Ad-Hoc Reports (Dashboards)

Enhancements have been made to the Pipeline Milestone Report (PMR).

Performance has been improved to run in 1-10 seconds.
Summary Table added at bottom.
Added ability to hide/show different sections of the report.
Color traffic-lighting added.
Duplicate milestone lines removed.

Risks

Ability to search by Gone employee has been added to the Risk Strategy Team search field.
Nightly email to Risk owner containing new tech support tracks/closed tech support tracks, cancelled products, and paid products has been modified. Previously, the title of the email did not indicate if the email contained tech support information or cancelled/paid product information. The title is now modified to reflect the type of data which is contained in the email.

If the email contains both tech support tracks and cancelled/paid product information, the generic title will continue to be used.

Sales Credit

Consolidated Software and Services Sales Credit Reports (Report Portal) now have Quarterly filtering option. When a quarter is selected as a filter, the credit for the selected quarter will appear under the Software Sales Credit columns. The Cumulative Pct of Target will be the YTD % of target up to the filtered period.
The Sales Credit Exceeding 100% report has been removed from the Report Portal. With the addition of the Enhanced Sales Credit Report (release 3.44), users now have greater filtering capabilities than the Sales Credit Exceeding 100% provided.

Software Renewals, Forecasting

Security has been changed so that any Account team member with Owner/IP access to Opportunities can also see Software Renewals for those accounts. Previously, the employee with Owner/IP access to Opportunities had to also be the TSR owner to see Renewals.

Targets

Individual Target list page, Renewal Territories column will now display all territories selected on the target record for individuals with a Team Renewal Target. Hovering over the field will also display all territories.
