As we continue to grow our business, its just as important to build sustainable, manageable processes that ensure we remain aligned in our efforts and messages. With the recent introduction of our new project management tool, Jira Work Management, we are looking to build out its capabilities that help us do just that.
One of the ways is formalizing the process for creating, updating and reviewing content. Currently, when new content is requested or changes to current content need to be made, we work through email, not really knowing who the email should go to or what the process should be or the expected SLA. Those requests are a black box. With this new request process, we hope to avoid silos and build transparency around the different marketing groups and the work that is being done.

-
Allows everyone to have a voice into the process.
What types of requests should use this process?
Request Process:

Anyone in JMP can use this form to request new content, to update content, or remove content from jmp.com. (you will need access to Jira Work Management to submit***)

Work that can be automatically routed to campaign owners will be routed and bypass the triage workflow.
