During the call a discussion of 96 well plates was described and Mike Anderson provided the attached files. Here is a post in the SE community that describes the use:

The Install Microtiter Maps.jmp does 96 and 384 well plates. Credit goes to Byron for making the maps… I just figured out how to install them reliably. It was a fun little rabbit hole involving path variables.
The second file is a function that generates a window with the “On your own head be it” disclaimer. Just drop it in the script, add a button that calls “disclaimer” and you’re done. It looks like this when you run it:
