Last week, in the midst of the excitement of Discovery Summit Europe and International Women's Day, JMP achieved a significant milestone – we collected our first Euro!
Why is this a big deal? "It means our JMP-first systems are able to process sales on our own," Senior Finance Director Jason Romanos (@jasonnzl) said. "It’s a huge step to becoming a stand-alone organization."
Given the success of the European pilot, JMP has begun beta testing the quote-to-cash system in the United States, our largest market. "If that is successful, we would expand the US beta to another US region," Romanos said. "The plan is to go live in JMP first systems for all new US customers at the beginning of May."
Romanos says shifting to JMP-first systems will change our processes and the way we do business. "These are the first steps to separating our business from reliance on SAS systems," he said. "I’m excited to see the progress and very much looking forward to processing all of our sales through JMP systems."
