Delivering a workshop to USDA-ARS regarding genetic data and this question came up if JMP Pro 17 could do Linkage Mapping. The answer is no.

JMP Genomics use to be able to perform this analysis, please enable this type of analysis in JMP Pro. It was used by some, but JMP Genomics was not always the preferred tool for doing this.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided? Any information on ease of use, time saved, new feature value would be appreciated. If this is a feature that you have available through other software solutions, please describe that software tool.
