Vision
Customers and prospective customers understand how the JMP family
of products can add value to what they do, and to what they might do.
Mission
Working in partnership with internal teams and external customers and
prospects, to understand and shape needs, then define and transfer JMP
usage patterns that can meet these.
The Global Technical Enablement Team (GTET) is a globally-dispersed group of experienced and specialized SEs who provide:
- Engagement: Support for Premier and strategic accounts where specialized experience or assistance is needed to further sales, renewal or adoption/expansion activities.
- Internal training and support: Support SEs and other internal customers through development of training materials, demos, journals, addins and webinars, and maintenance of the Technical Reference Library.
- Enablement: Mentoring, coaching and co-presentation at Marketing-sponsored events through active partnership with SEs.
The Technical Reference Library is a resource for JMP SEs maintained by GTET.
