A little challenging problem - I'm trying to write a code in jsl that can apply an exclusion to the wafer map. So basically, I want to select 3 rows from the edge of the wafer map. Below is an illustration of what I'm trying to achieve. Is there a way to highlight only 3 rows from the edge of the wafer map?
I've attached the X/Y coordinate jmp table.
Appreciate your help and suggestion.
