Thanks for the updates Chris, this is very helpful. In the next update would it be possible to add a statement about the implication of change on the pain vs benefits slide for each user persona? If we can help articulate the impact of change this may help us increase the motivation for change, e.g. for DOE in process development I might suggest the following impact:

 

• Individual: JMP DOE provides certainty about the total effort and time you need to deliver the required knowledge to define how to operate the process robustly. Enabling you to complete more projects successfully and making it less likely a process will be returned to you at a later stage to be fixed.
• Company: JMP DOE enables you to double your process development capacity with no additional resources.

I feel some impact statements for our life science products may help us to improve sales qualification and advance sales opportunities.
